Summary

Problem:

A leading AdTech consultancy was experiencing rapid growth as businesses rushed to online advertising in the years following COVID. With growth came a need for modern, scalable business analytics infrastructure.

Solution:

In close partnership with leadership, my colleagues and I designed and implemented a comprehensive BI strategy and data warehouse. Data was centralized in BigQuery and became the source of truth for many teams, providing the clarity and confidence required for strategic decision-making.
