I made the jump from customer-facing roles to Business intelligence so that I could scale my impact.
In my customer-facing roles, data was at the center of my decision making. I fell in love with analytics and wanted to manage data across an entire business, not just one domain.
I wrote the job description for a new role, got approval, and proudly became the first hire on the Business Intelligence Team.
